The Space In Between

Why every new beginning starts with honoring the ending

When one chapter of my life closed, I expected to jump straight into the next. Instead, I found myself in what I call the space in between.

Good days, bad days, and a constant question: What’s next?

William Bridges once wrote, “You can’t have a new beginning until you’ve had an ending.” I realized I’d been trying to skip that part. The in-between isn’t wasted time.

It’s where you let go, make peace, and create space for what’s coming.

If you’re there now, don’t rush it. Every beginning starts by truly honoring the end.
